OutSystems Maps component not rendering correctly

When generating a PDF that uses the Map component in some cases the map is not rendered or is rendered incorrectly.

The issue seems to occur every time the Map image is not on the 1st page.

According to our tests there seems to be two issues here:

1. The use of the component without the API key;
2. Lazy load of the component that messes with the PDF generation.

As a possible workaround we found that the issues don't occur if you use the Static Map widget instead of the Map, and the Static Map component seems to fit better with the report use case.

Map widget generates an interactive map, on the other hand, Static Map widget generates a image of the map location, that is a more suitable use case for a document.

For now the issue will be left open for us to try and address the problem related with the lazy load of the widget.
