🪲 [Fix]: Fix linter settings and docs (#5)

This pull request updates linter configurations to improve code
formatting and validation behavior in the project. The main changes
involve disabling certain validation checks in the linter environment
and refining markdown linting rules.

Linter configuration updates:

Added a `Linter` section with environment variables to disable various
validation checks, including Biome format and lint, GitHub Actions
