Description
Expected behavior
Arrows in motion should not despawn.
Observed/Actual behavior
Arrows, pushed by pistons (for chunkloaders etc.), despawn after one minute, even when chunks are player loaded. This interferes with different farms and contraptions.
Steps/models to reproduce
Connect a skulk sensor to a piston with a repeater and shoot an arrow in the piston. The piston will push the arrow up repeatedly and, as it is in motion, it should not despawn.
Plugin and Datapack List
Tested on a vanilla server setup with no other plugins besides Spark.

Setting 'max-arrow-despawn-invulnerability' should be on 'disabled' to be on parity with Minecraft 1.21.11.
