Describe the feature

Enable restoring from a tachiyomi compatible backup like mihon. Would also be great to be able to create a backup from paperback in that format.

Feature Motivation

Paperback looks great but I have way too many things to transfer over. I would like to use a backup from another app and port it over. A similar feature exists in the iOS app Tachimanga.
