[FEATURE REQUEST] Add support for pinning library collections to the homepage

Describe the feature

Currently we're able to pin extension discover sections and search results to the homepage. This makes it easier for people to access commonly needed views without having to go and look for them.

This could get expanded to library collections. In this case it could look like a standard discover section where the expand button navigates to the whole collection on the library page.

This could also get expanded to the History and Updates pages.

Feature Motivation

Make the app even more accessible and bypass the need for a feature to have the app auto open on a specific page.
