Nebula stop and throw the exception:
I have built the htslib (v1.9) in the subfolder of Nebula (src/cpp/htslib) and already add it into LD_PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/PATH_TO_NEBULA/Nebula/src/cpp/htslib
