Radius jewels don't seem to work in PoB

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to search and see how much benefit I am provided for one being socketed in the given jewel socket. This will need extra code in the generation to choose a radius jewel base as well as the tags be correctly readded and handling the formatting of the special modLines.
