Arc should have an infused mode

It is not possible to select an infused variant of Arc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Something like Spark, where you can select an infused variant. Although IMO the whole infusion system could use some reworks (in game, too) (I think the best UX would be to set % infused).

The gem data for Arc doesn't have a separate statSet for the infused version (unlike most other spells), but #2276 added a config option you can use to get the infused stats.
