For simplicity's sake; all the follow text will be using 'combined DPS' as the example.
Figuring out which mods gives the most dps for your build while crafting items can be a bit tedious, you choose a wand, choose spell dmg and see how much dps it gives, then you try replacing that with crit multi and see how much that gives and so on...
Describe the solution you'd like
When crafting an item you can make it sort by highest dps for each mod, just like you can do with unique items. Of course it shouldn't figure out with combination of all mods is best (would take quite some time :D) but just 1 mod at a time.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It could have a dps per value so it shows what 1 spell dmg gives vs 1 crit multiplier etc.
Quick and dirty example:
Some ppl say that poe is a simulator to test pob stats, aka you guys rock <3
