Cloud Screening algorithm is not always working #35
Description
The current version of the cloud screening algorithm implemented in PicassoPy (cloud screening with maximum signal gradient) does often fail, and have a tendency to classify the whole scene as cloud free even when the scene is partially cloudy.
We could look into upgrading the current simple methodology or implement a more sophisticated method for doing the cloud screening.
In future this is also a task that could be optimized by AI.
Additionally, The Zhao cloud screening method available in Picasso is not yet implemented in PicassoPy.
