GHK - Transmission Correction artificially increases the scale of the signal by a factor of 10 #37
Description
The current version of the GHK - Transmission correction increases the scale of the signal by a factor of 10 (not exactly 10 but almost) effecting the calculated LC and Attenuated Backscatter.
There is also something wrong with the GHK - Transmission correction in Picasso, so a general fix to it will come later.
For now we recommend to turn off GHK - Transmission correction when using PicassoPy. This can be done by set the config parameter flagTransCor to False.
