Quality check on depol calibration signals

@togialitaki An idea we had for the depol calibration is to upload all the calibration files and all the normal files, process with SCC, download the cloudmask and check if at the time of calibration we had some low clouds.
Then this calibration measurement will be deleted from SCC and the data re-processed. I know it's a lot back and forth but I still haven't think of something else. Another idea is that we could upload calibration measurements only when we have something changed at the system, and not all the time. What do you think?
