Feature: Allow adapters to declare their types

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Having DSC call list on all adapters to find a particular resource can be an expensive operation. If I know that all of the resources that my adapter will handle are "HelloWorldAdapter/*", allow my adapter to declare that in its manifest to short circuit calling list on all other adapters.

This would be a good perf optimization. I think we would allow an array of types and the * wildcard can be on either side of the type. Adapters where the requested type matches their supportedTypes would be tried first before falling through to trying all adapters.
