Problems about alphazolam's new RevilMax (with SF6 support)

alphazolam has added Street Fighter 6 motlist.653 support recently.
However, his new plugin (v1.8.1 2017a Oct 8 2022 RevilMax2017.dlu) will make 3dsmax crash when loading some specific motlist.653 (such as esf004v00_specialskill_000.motlist.653 )
Otherwise, when loading facial motlists, some weird CBFA-XXX nodes appeared, but no facial animation was found.

I'll add alphazolam's commit here and make it as normal version.
Although I no longer have access to 3ds max, so I cannot test it.
I'm gonna try to build it with whatever SDKs I got left.
