Add a setting to ignore hash checks

Goal

Fix errors related to incorrect zlib outputs.

Motivation

Some distributions of linux use zlib-ng rather than zlib itself with no option to use regular zlib; many of the bug reports about the error "Processor failed, invalid outputs" are due to hash checks failing because the launcher expects the outputs from regular zlib. I currently cannot run modpacks exported from other OSes on Fedora.

The FeedTheBeast launcher already has this setting.

The launcher itself does not handle Forge. I wonder what's going on in FTB Launcher...
Also I believe the Forge checksums are meant to be ignored in all cases

this exists in newer versions of prism ForgeWrapper. Just add -Dforgewrapper.skipHashCheck=true to your java arguments

Any chance this could be made the default? I did not expect to have to go into a rabbit hole trying to figure out the solution for a cryptic "Processor failed, invalid outputs" error after installing the launcher on Arch
