I got it from this github repo and the Wii U homebrew store and the tvii logo wont show in my home screen and its not in the plugin menu. and sometimes my wiiu says Some plugins have been disabled to prevent potential crashes. And im on the latest version of aroma

It might be getting auto-disabled. Try opening the plugin menu, press X, then find RosePatcher and re-enable it. That fixed it for me.
