[Enhancement] Parse Python Docstrings to Populate App Manifest

It would be neat if the app manifest could be created entirely from the reST docstring (recommended format by PEP 287)

The docstring can be accessed via the __doc__ attribute.

We're definitely taking a look into it! Improving the app manifest is one of the things in our v3.0.0 roadmap (see #25), as well as better integration into IDEs and text editors.
