docs: 重写 README 结构并补 PyPI 元数据
按每节一个主题的粒度拆开原来的大章节，错误改为状态码对照表， 新增流读超时按每次读计算的说明；send/stream 改用 idempotency_key 与 last_event_id 形参而非手写请求头。 补 classifiers 让 PyPI 页面显示 Python 版本与 Typed 标签； 不加 License 分类器，PEP 639 表达式与它并存会被 setuptools 拒绝。
