Improved explanation what an action does

Feedback: Bei der Auswahl der Aktionskarten hätte ich gerne mehr infos worum es geht, so muss ich ja eine Runde investieren, bevor ich weiß ob es sich überhaupt lohnt. Vielleicht könnte man nach dem Dialog überlegen, ob man den Auftrag annimmt? Oder beim ersten Klick öffnet sich eine Detail ansicht wie bei der Auswahl der Talente mit ein paar Details?

Idea: The texts already hint at the content of a customer/location. Maybe we could add a buzz word or such at the top of the description, e.g., "Customer", "Cards", "Energy", ... Details would still be provided by the fluff text, e.g., what kinds of cards to expect

One possibility would be to highlight buzzwords in the card + add some icons to the side of the avatar.

icons: indicate difficulty, reward
buzzwords: "Joe is a busy lead developer used to a high paced business environment. He is happy to offer a choice of his hightech cards, for a job exceeding his expectations."
