Vulnerabilities on rally dependency - tough-cookie, babel-runtime, core-js

Hi -

SonarQ scan on our repository using rally@2.1.3 show below vulnerabilities. We are using it to create / update test case results. Can the rally dependency version be upgraded for us to use the newer rally version, that will help resolve the vulnerabilities.
