Issues with trashcan on v13.0.0

Description

On v13.0.0, when I want to put a block in the trashcan, I have to put the beginning of the block (previously it was the cursor) over the trashcan:

• if the workspace is at the end of the screen, it may be difficult to hit the trashcan target with a large block
• if there is something after the workspace, the cursor change to handdelete may not be visible if the cursor is outside of the workspace
• the trashcan lid doesn't seem to open anymore

On the contrary, it is now easier to delete a block by dragging it over the toolbox because I now have to put the beginning of the block over the toolbox, instead of the cursor.
