Isaac Sim based simulators (GRUtopia; OceanSim)

Hi, Great initiative by the team to unify the information on robotic simulators.

I was wondering if the scope of this project include simulators that are derivatives of currently documented simulators such as NVIDIA Isaac Simulator. I came across these two Isaac Sim-based simulators GRUtopia (github-repo-url) (also includes 3D scene asset dataset) and Ocean Simulator github-repo-url. I think both of these are in early stages of development so, I was not sure if such simulators fall in the scope of this project.

If they fall under the scope, may be they can be categories under a heading of X-Derivatives Simulators where X=Isaac Sim, Mujoco, etc.

Thanks for your time. If the team thinks they fall in the scope, I'll be happy to create add them in the project and create a PR.
