Cancelled sections cannot be removed from schedule

I added a section to my schedule when it was available. Now it is canceled. The UI shows Cancelled on the button that would otherwise allow me to remove it.

Example: see below, the Tuesday section of WRT273 is cancelled so it is stuck on my schedule.
