Title: "Add keyboard shortcut information to chat formatter tool tip in formatter toolbar"
🐞 Why it is required
Currently for few chat formatting options like "bold" and "italic" we have pre exsiting keyboard shortcuts, but it is not convared to user properly. Implementing a descriptive tooltip with keyboard shortcut information will help user in being aware about these shortcuts easly.
✅ Description of feature
When the user will hover over a particular formatter in chat input formatter toolbar then they will be presented with a tooltip with name of formatter and information about its corosponding keyboard shortcut
