Enable mutiple types for the same location and assignment of multiple locations of one type

Motivation / Current Behaviour

Currently a location can only have one location type which makes it impossible that persons e.g. go to Hospitals for Work.
Additionally, persons can only be assigned one location per type.

Enhancement description

Introduce an activity type for person mobility such that persons can go to the same location for different activities.
Also assign a list of locations per activity type for every person instead of only one location.
