Model download doesn't work | DOCKER

I have create a docker instance with this repository. It has build and running. When i request a model download trough OpenArc studio the models download is queued but after a few seconds the OpenArc Studio reports that the model is downloaded but it seems to be the data has not been downloaded. I cannot find any downloaded files and it is also not listed in the models. Looks like the models are not downloaded at al. I have checked network communication to the internet from within the container and that works like expected.
