run bootstrap.sh in msys2 will need to cl

`bootstrap.sh` will update pacman, and it seems that this update need terminate MSYS2,
I got some information as below:

Warning：terminate MSYS2 without returning to shell and check for updates again
Warning：for example close your terminal window instead of calling exit
```
