Development Updates related to the Swarm Treasury System, documentation or coordination tasks

02.01 - 45 min - Updated UI Manager with new Global function that can create new empty rows to selected cell range. Useful custom button to speed up configuration generation.
02.01 - 45 min - created function to open new excel window with optional parameter of sheetName, where given opens the specified new window and navigates to that sheet. Now in UI Manager I can quickly navigate and check target location for verification
02.01 - 15min - Added feature to open new window in InsertParticipation sheet and also create function to close extra sheets and maximise window back to normal

08.01 - 30min - Fixed Empty Suggestion Bug, Added validation to check if suggestions are non-empty before replacing participantName
08.01 - 45min - Made new feature to disdinguish multiple same accounts on different sessions happening in same day with same name

22.01 - 30min - I had wrong server selected and there was no indications that my suggest algorhytms failed to match, though I had issue.. so spent time improving suggestions and warnings that i actually didnt rly need, but well we have them now.
22.01 - 60min - Added feature to mark and recognise active participants
22.01 - 15 min - In the situation where both documentation and reporting tasklabels are present (after they have been applied) I apply date based on the suggestedDate + recording github tasks and updating tasklogs + coordinating above updates
