when value has more than seven decimal places,c# no number in eighth digit will be recorded.
here is an example:
when it converts to Timespan, his TotalSeconds will be 130.0400000
so it will cause the ThumbnailURL and PreviewURL to be wrong url

so I think the type of FoundTimestamp should be changed to string or double, and another function should be written to get TimeSpan
