RSVP Block Title unsetting when IsAccept parameter is present

Description

The Block Title on the RSVP block shows the Attendance Occurrence Name when a user reaches the block via a link with no IsAccept parameter. However, if IsAccept is present (like when using the buttons from the RSVP email tool), the block title unsets and just shows RSVP for Event.

Actual Behavior

Block title changes based on page parameters.

Expected Behavior

Block title to always show the Attendance Occurrence Name.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new RSVP Occurrence.
• Visit the public site page of /RSVP?AttendanceOccurrenceId=(YourNewRSVPId)
• Observe the Block title
• Visit the public site page of /RSVP?AttendanceOccurrenceId=(YourNewRSVPId)&IsAccept=1
• Observe the change in Block Title
