The Examples page should not go under Documentation

Examples is not a part of the documentation. They can be referenced from Documentation, but they should work as a separate product too.

The address should be https://spine.io/examples.

We can supply README.md file at the organizational level of Spine Examples and include it into the build of the site. This way we would eliminate the duplication of content.
