Time converters fail to convert Protobuf default values to Java counterparts #39
Description
It is currently not possible to convert any time-related Protobuf entity to its Java counterpart, e.g. LocalDate from io.spine.time to LocalDate from java.time if case Protobuf value is a default one.
While it really can be a desirable behavior, there should be at least a note about such a behavior.
