Heartbeat error even though LocalDevVPN is on

Description

Whenever I import the pairing file I get this, I tried it on two different versions and it won’t work

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to read pairing file
Fail

Expected Behavior

I expected StikDebug to successfully read the pairing file
