Feature request: Multiple RTSP streams

Thank you for the great project! I am currently running it alongside alexbelgium's BirdNET-Pi version to get a feel for the feature set, and one thing which immediately stood out is the inability to define multiple RTSP detection streams. I have a Raspberry Pi Zero connected to a USB microphone in both the front and rear of my home for better coverage.
