docs(gallery): regenerate pages and contact sheets for the second redesign batch

Rebuilds docs/gallery for uv-layer-grid, png-exr-alpha, car-mirror-symmetry, vse-cut-list and text-version-stamp. Recomposites their contact sheets against the new armature-bend and damped-track-aim calibration tiles. Shortens the car and vse alts, which failed the 200-character gallery gate. check_site_links: 91 pages, 2592 internal references, 0 failures.
