feat(showcase): add skate-ramp (sports)
The sixth piece in the sports category: a backyard quarter-pipe, 1.2 m high on a 1.8 m transition, 2.44 m wide. Five plywood transition templates (curved bands with a solid toe and an arm under the deck) on 2x4 sills with studs and a back post sistered to their faces, a lip joist and rim joist; nine 2x4 stringers under a two-layer 12 mm plywood skin whose joints are offset between layers and land on stringers; 143 screws in rows over the stringers; a 60 mm steel coping pipe 5 mm proud of the transition on five welded, bolted tabs; a 6 mm steel kicker plate ground to a lip at the toe on a timber toe block; a worn stencilled roundel and wheel marks on the riding face. A skateboard rests on the deck: seven-ply maple deck with concave and 19 deg kicktails under grip, two trucks (baseplate, raked kingpin, bushings, cup washer, hanger, pivot arm, axle), four urethane wheels on bearings. Nine materials. Budgets (measured, 5.2.1): 31164 tris (30600-31700), LOD 0.5000/0.2200, 9 materials with face floors, UVs 0..1 no overlap, AABB 2.5293x2.4400x1.3389 (2.529x2.440x1.339 +-0.01), collider 350 (<=380), hygiene 0 incl. 0 coplanar cross-shell pairs, 5 sills + toe block + plate zmin 0; transition circle R 1.80000 m, deviation 0.000 mm, tangent to the ground, deck 1.20000; templates 2.00 mm into sills and 0.90-0.91 mm into the skin; coping straight, parallel, reveal 5.00 mm, 3.86 mm above deck; plate step 0.01 mm, toe 0.80 mm; seams top 0.84/1.84, inner 1.24, stagger 0.400 m, 43.9 mm inside stringers; screws 17.4 mm inside stringers, 17.0 mm inside sheets; wheels 0.50 mm into the deck, 0.000 mm off axles; 1 component (309 shells). Two default runs print identical measurements. Falsifiers (flag -> measured -> exit): --skip-decimate LOD1 1.0000 -> 9; --stray-vert loose_v 1 -> 15; --lift-z zmin 0.05000 -> 16; --float-sill middle sill zmin 0.003 -> 16; --short-rib edge bite -3.10 mm -> 17; --small-wheel bite -1.50 mm -> 18; --sag-skin radius 1.77073, deviation 1.55 mm -> 19; --sink-coping reveal -1.00 mm -> 20; --proud-plate step 2.99 mm -> 21; --stack-seams stagger 0.010 m -> 22; --miss-screws 20.6 mm past a stringer edge -> 23; --skew-wheel 2.00 mm off axle -> 24; --lift-grip 2 components -> 25. Tris stay 31164 in every run; each piece falsifier's budget_fails print lists only its own budget. Blender: E:\Blender-Developer-Tools\.scratch\5.2\blender-5.2.1-windows-x64\blender.exe, reports "Blender 5.2.1 LTS". 4.5 LTS left to CI. Render: render_hero.py wrote hero and preview; framing fill x 0.703, y 0.806, margins >= 0.044; asset-quality floors pass (edge90 0.082). Asset sheet (docs/gallery/asset-sheets/skate-ramp.webp): not the least-designed object; the hydrant and wheelbarrow are plainer. Isolated it reads at once as a framed quarter-pipe with coping, plate, seams, screws, roundel and board. Weak points: the panel's fixed fit crops the plate's near corner, and the large riding face is the plainest area. Contact sheet (docs/gallery/contact-sheets/skate-ramp-contact-sheet.webp): luma 0.2408 against 0.2369-0.2428 (in band); stage 0.1919 against 0.1919-0.2517 (at the floor); saturation 0.2208 against 0.1525-0.2367; wedge warmth +0.0033 inside -0.1440/+0.1052/+0.0921. Thumbnail legible. Also updated: README, CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md counts (56 -> 57), ROADMAP Sports list (skate ramp struck as shipped), asset_sheet.py SELECT row, catalog.json, plugin.json and the regenerated gallery. build_gallery, check_site_links (112 pages, 0 failures), check_falsifier_targets, check_exit_code_readme, check_engine_id, check_gallery_images and check_import_export_rules pass. The content is consumed by AI coding agents reading these files directly from a checkout — **there is no MCP server in this repository, and none is required**. Cursor applies `rules/*.mdc` automatically wherever their scope globs match and takes skills by name in chat; Claude Code reads `skills/` and `rules/` from the project workspace, or from this repo kept as a referenced checkout. Any agent that can read files in a workspace can use it the same way. There is no build step for the content — edit the Markdown and Python files directly.
