Support output to `.raw`

The following files per epoch are necessary:

• cint_srd.raw (complex interferogram) (all except mother)
• slc_srd.raw (SLC)
• h2ph.raw (height-to-phase raster)
• slave.res (metadata file) (all except mother)
• dem_radar.raw (elevation raster) (only mother)
• lam.raw & phi.raw (latitude and longitude rasters) (only mother)
• master.res (metadata file) (only mother)

Such files would need to be cropped, and thus the functionality from #64 is also necessary for this issue

Hi @Simon-van-Diepen, for this issue, I would suggest that you make an example script first, then I can add it as a new feature to SARXarray. For now I will unassign myself.
