'TUIRecordView.swift' cannot be downloaded

Issue Description

The file TUIRecordView.swift has been moved from the path:
Swift/TUIKit/TUIChat/UI_Classic/Input/TUIRecordView.swift
to:
Swift/TUIKit/TUIChat/CommonUI/TUIRecordView.swift

However, when I use pod 'TUIChat_Swift', '8.9.7511' in Podfile and execute pod install, the new path (CommonUI/TUIRecordView.swift) cannot be downloaded, and the file is missing in the Pods directory.
