Couldn't able to connect Flutter project with Firebase

When I clicked on "Connect to firebase" in Android Studio it gives the following error :

Firebase: Could not find the Android Application module. Only Android Application Modules can be connected to Firebase online projects. Create a new Android Application Module or create/import a different Android Studio project.

I found a solution, you should not do connecting via Android studio, just add dependencies to gradle files, like in Firebase manual, and one of the Firebase things(cloud-messaging, analytics, ... ). I waited a couple of hours and projects were synchronized.

the thing is if we use manual procedure so how can we get to know that firebase is working properly?

Configured everything, still "no devices available" in Firebase debug view. How to troubleshoot the problem?
