docs: add v0.8.0 screenshots and update both READMEs (Paket L)

- Regenerate all 22 screenshot assets for v0.8.0 UI (EN + DE variants)
  including new compose window, main window with preset combo, all three
  settings tabs, tray menu, history, TTS window, and banner
- Update scripts/_make_screenshots.py: ComposeWindow capture with
  _FakeLLMService/_FakePasteService stubs, TEXT_IMPROVER workflow switch
  to reveal preset combo, speech settings tab, updated v0.8.0 banner copy
- Update README.md and README.de.md: migrate all screenshot paths from
  legacy docs/screenshots/linux/en/ subdirectory to new
  docs/screenshots/linux/{widget}-{lang}.png flat layout; add inline
  Compose window screenshot in both READMEs; document preset combo in
