Plans on publishing pip package on PyPI?

Thank you for all your work maintaining kalign.

I’m reaching out to ask if there are any plans to publish kalign on PyPI. In the OpenFold3 project, we currently install kalign via conda, and it’s the last conda-only dependency in our setup. A PyPI release would significantly simplify installation and distribution for our users.

If publishing to PyPI is something you’d consider, I’d be glad to help with packaging, CI, or testing on our side.
