Feature Request: Support "Microsoft Python Driver for SQL Server"

Microsoft have released a Python-based driver for SQL Server.

The package overview gives a good summary of its benefits, it implements PEP 249 interfaces: https://pypi.org/project/mssql-python/

Could support for this driver be added to relevant engines?

Examples include:
