Subject: [PATCH] Add persistent developer credit watermark

Small fixed-position watermark ("Talia Kohen · Chief Architect") in the
bottom-right corner, visible across every screen since it lives outside
the screen-toggle divs rather than just the main menu. Styled to match
the existing neural-version caption (Orbitron, muted gray, low opacity)
so it reads as part of the same visual system rather than a bolted-on
addition. aria-hidden since it's decorative, not functional.
