Home screen widget with preset project and description

Add the ability to place a home screen widget with a fixed project and description baked in. Tapping it would start a time entry with those values pre-filled, no interaction needed.

The main use case is quickly logging non-billable time (e.g. for tax exemption purposes) without opening the app and manually picking a project and typing a description every time. The Quick Settings tile already asks for a project on each use, which adds friction for repetitive entries.

Supporting multiple widgets, each tied to a different project/description combo, would make this flexible enough to cover different entry types.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Side note widgets are exceptionally annoying to do from my little testing im not sure how well this can work and how straight forward it would be.
