[Dialog]: Dialog, pop-up borders are not visible, link colors are changed in the high contrast black theme with the system setting in 'Aquatic' #8421

Describe the bug

Change to application high contrast black theme from Application settings.
On the Operating system, switch to one of the high contrast black themes.
On Windows 11, choose one of Aquatic, Dusk, or Night Sky.

Issue:
the outlines of the table, modal dialogs, pop-up menus is not visible in the high contrast black theme with the system setting in Aquatic. Also, links color is seen modified.

Reproduction steps

  1. Navigate to https://ui5.github.io/webcomponents-react/v2/?path=/docs/modals-popovers-dialog--docs&globals=theme:sap_horizon_hcb
  2. Change to application high contrast black theme from the the top Menu.
  3. On the Operating system, switch to one of the high contrast black themes.
  4. On Windows 11, choose one of Aquatic, Dusk, or Night Sky.2.
  5. Issue:
    the outlines of the table, modal dialogs, pop-up menus is not visible in the high contrast black theme with the system setting in Aquatic. Also, links color is seen modified.

Expected Behaviour

Ensure that table, drop-downs, modal dialogs border/outline should be visible in the high contrast black theme with the system setting in Aquatic. Also, links color remain unchanged.
