[DatePicker]: Calendar Week not translated to german

Follow up of #13594 .
In the date picker popover calendar week should be translated to german.

Steps to Reproduce

1. http://ui5.github.io/webcomponents/components/DatePicker/
   2.Press the picker icon when language switched to sth. else than english
   3.Open a screen reader and navigate cell by cell, the english term "Calendar Week" is announced
   ...
   Would it be possible to get a downport to 2.25.x?

and released.
