Adding license to repository #94

I was checking the license of this repository. On the hackage website I saw that BSD-3 is mentioned but the text looks like it is a BSD-2 license. For comparison, here are both texts:

https://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-2-Clause
Note that the URL to the clauses is different from the license file on hackage (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php - this links to BSD-2). It seems that BSD-3 was introduced afterwards and hackage assigned the wrong license?
On another note, I wanted to add a pull request to add a license to this repository such that people can quickly see which one is appropriate. If you can tell me whether you want BSD-2 or BSD-3 I can proceed with this.
