Develop a notifications system and API that stores different types of actionable messages for users that are using Ultros' user system.
This should..
Be available on Web, incl. using Ajax to trigger desktop notifications
Notify logged-in users on chat networks
Perhaps consider not notifying people when they're using separate nicks / are idle
Or wait for activity before notifying
Allow notifications to be viewed and marked as read separately
