Add JAW to the wallet list

Hi Uniswap Labs team,

JAW.id is a passkey smart account wallet (ERC-4337). No extension and no seed phrase: connecting is a passkey prompt. It ships an EIP-1193 provider and a wagmi connector, @jaw.id/wagmi, and it supports EIP-5792 with atomic: { status: "supported" }, so One Click Swap works through the CAIP-25 session path the interface already has.

We would like to add JAW to the wallet list at app.uniswap.org. We know this repo is a mirror and does not take PRs, so here is the patch instead, generated against Uniswap/interface@main.

File 4 is the one that gates visibility. A connector that is neither type: "injected" nor one of the four hardcoded SDK ids is registered and reconnectable but never rendered. Everything else handles a new wagmi connector generically.

Dependency note: JAW requires viem ^2.56.7, and this repo forces 2.49.0 via the root resolutions. This patch bumps every viem pin to 2.57.1: the resolution, apps/web, and the other 9 workspaces, so manypkg check stays green. Bumping only one does nothing, since the resolution wins.

The connector's rdns matches what the JAW SDK announces over EIP-6963, so wagmi dedupes them and JAW is not listed twice.
