• The level 400 link you shared is the PR made by your partner. Could you share your level 400 PR which you made on your partner's repo?

• The deployed app does not have a required level-400 feature:

  Add a select element to your page so the user can choose a show.

Ok I added a link to my pr to my partner's project. Also I fixedd the issue with select element not showing up.
